We specialise in crafting made-to-order plans for Barndominiums, Tiny Houses, Modern Homes, and Farmhouses. Our team will expertly design a customised floor plan to meet your specific requirements and desired areas.
You'll receive:
- Floor Plan ( with Dimensions)
- Elevations ( 4 Views)
After purchasing, please send me:
- A list of spaces/rooms you would like included.
- A simple sketch of the floor plan with or without dimensions (4000 sq ft. max).
- Any reference photos or idea photos that show the general style/layout you are going for.
Turnaround time: About 1-2 weeks (Rush orders may cost extra fee).
Your custom plan drawings will be started upon receiving your responses. Upon completion, you will receive the final drawings in both PDF and DWG formats. If any changes need to be made after reviewing the initial drawings, please inform us and we will provide free revision of the floor plan based on your feedback. Revisions are a standard part of our process, so please don't hesitate to request them. If you have any other needs, please let us know!
